His passion for software development is contagious, and he’s been a great team player and collaborator. He responds very well to feedback/criticism and does well to incorporate them into his work. The quality of his code has noticeably improved and his growth as a software engineer has been quick. He’s been given a variety of projects, from bugfixes to feature updates and even an entire standalone tool for software license management usage. He’s never been intimidated from learning new things, and the work he’s done will live on well beyond when his coop term ends.
